Some quick footage and feedback from riding the G-Slides gets us excited about our next ride. They’re smooth on a cruise, smooth in a slide, and looking sexy as hell! We love putting in the work while we ride but it’s nice to be able to ride for longer since we don’t have to push as much as we’re used to.

Seismic Skate Updated Tekton Bearings

Seismic Skate Tekton Update

Seismic’s Tekton bearings have long been a staple in both engineering and technology for skate bearings. Their self aligning design accommodates and corrects for irregularities in the bearing seat and the axles. The Tekton update improves the design with larger flanges, improved dust resistance and a colorized integrated spacer for extra style!

Developing Seismic’s Tekton Bearings

More than two years of development went into the Tekton bearings. Wide, flat contact surfaces on the integrated spacers align and stabilize the bearings inside the wheel. This interface prevents the bearings from becoming unaligned due to issues with bearing seat spacing or levelness and axle diameter or straightness. The inner race is stepped where it meets the seal to prevent contamination from dust or debris and the integrated spacer is stepped to reduce weight.

Other features include ABEC-7 rating, steel balls, nylon retainers, black outer casing, removable rubber-coated steel seals with printed graphic, and a proprietary lubricant combining both oil and grease.

The Tekton update is available now! Hit the link to grab a few sets. Seismic teases a ceramic update in the near future as well!

Bones Rough Riders 59MM Black

Bones Rough Riders Wheels

Bones has been a prominent skate company ever since the word skateboard came into existence. They were the trailblazers of the Bones Reds bearings, purveyors of the perfect hard wheel, and now, they are dabbling into shreddable wheel territory!

Introducing the Bones Rough Riders, a street/tech slide hybrid wheel made of Bones’ new ATF (All-Terrain Formula) urethane formula. It’s hard enough to pop the high ollies that you’re used to, but it’ll shave speed with quick, snappy powerslides and gnarly hard-wheel slides. They’re also extremely versatile as filmer wheels, since they roll for a long time and dampen out road vibrations.

These boards are perfect for your double kick cruiser or as an easy cheat wheel for slashing banks and your favorite features! Take them to your favorite spot and get skating!

Update: 59MM Rough Riders are out. Tackle the chunder!

Front Range "Church" Marathon

Church Marathon Outlaw – Pantheon Longboards

Long-distance pushing has always been an integral part of the longboarding scene. Not only is it an amazing source of exercise and fun, there’s also a fairly large community of competitive pushers who push themselves to the limit at high-speeds for extended distances.

In the past, short push races have been held. Races that span across anywhere from 2 miles to 12 miles, but nobody has quite organized a race that is the length of a marathon! But this week, Jeffrey from Pantheon longboards is holding a race of grand proportions that will really challenge push racers past their previous boundaries in a survival of the fittest and excellence of the gnarliest.
